THE OCT GROUP

Welcome to the virtual home of the Organizing, Communication, and Technology (OCT) Research Group at Chapman University. Here at the OCT Group, we aim to explore processes and develop strategies that enable productive, efficient, and successful human activities within and between virtual organizations. We are an open community of interdisciplinary researchers whose goals are to generate new knowledge and to grow with the community we study.
